He joined AKFF on 24 February 2006.

Has been cracking gags and joining into the banter since then.

He once owned a beanbag, then he owned a Toyboy :roll:, now he owns a Yellow tempo II..

Only problem is, in all that time (nearly 7 months) I'm not sure whether he has actually been out for a yakfish.

So, Russ, what;s doing mate? Have you popped your yakfishing cherry yet?

Yes I did take tugboat for a bash last Monday morning. Yeh that Monday the one with the 45 knot winds.

My Bro and I took her down to Yarra Bay but to windy so put in at Cooks river boat ramp. Set her up launched and said to the Bro stop paddling I want to give the MK a bash forget to hook up the rudder tethers :lol: :lol: IDIOT

After a short paddle I said hang on I'll whip on the sounder :shock: not working 8) why would it when I put positive to neg and negative to pos DICKHEAD.

No fish but a great time and hell things can only get better from here on in. I loved it cause ya first trip has gotta be a story to tell.

G'day Russ. Great to hear that you have given the yellow beast it's first wetting.. Glad to hear that it didn't buck you off too!

I know that you mentioned you were going to get out in early Sept and was hoping that you hadn't flipped the big yellow yaks and had been blown out to sea!

Looking forward to more of your (hopefully fishy) stories in the future!
