I got a call yesterday from the person at viking who is looking into my little problem of the yak taking on water. He told me he was coming to pick up the yak fix the problem, install a front well and have it back to me in 24 hours. HE LIED they came and picked it up 1.15pm yesterday and dropped it off at 2.00pm today. Now if im not wrong thats 24 hours and 45 mins :lol:
Not only did they fit me a front well for free, they reinstalled my rudder so its smoover and the guy that was doing it all notice that cos i like to have my foot peddles up a little higher then they had installed the cord for he reinstalled my foot peddles to how ive got them set.
Now that is what i call service.
So am i happy? you bet your sweet ass im happy
