Hi all

So I was wetting a line a few weeks ago at Werribee peer teaching my 4 year old how to fish, when a kayaker came past and one of the fisherman said the kayaker was fishing in a good spot which we couldn't get to....

penny dropped and the bug bit me on my arse!

I went out to BCF last week and they had 40% off yaks so I got a Malibu Stealth 9 and I am itching to get our there. Keen for freshwater fishing - rivers, estuaries etc. Haven't really fished much in Australia so I am happy to chase anything that bites for now and then work out what I like.

While I haven't been out yet, I am itching to take the yak on its maiden voyage.
