Looks bloody awesome occy, will have to give it a go. Is pretty simple as well. Have you spent some time in Japan or just got a taste for the food from visiting restaurants?

It's amazing the quality of food you can cook when you have one or two decent recipe books isnt it? I am into my thai food and nothing annoys me more than when you find a recipe for say in this case Teriyaki Salmon and it simply says "3 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce". Nothing beats making your own sauces/pastes etc, the flavours are always better.

Thanks Occy, I'll be trying that soon. Is there any tricks to preparing sashimi? Or just cut super fresh fish into strips and serve with soy sauce?
