Hey guys

Decided to take our Kayak to fish around the reef at woody point hoping for my first Squire on SPs.
We launched the yak at around 6 in perfect conditions although the fishing was pretty slow.
We managed a few moses perch and a small ray which was my first one on SP and put up a pretty good fight.
After a few hours of just a few missed hits I finally hooked onto something solid and boated a 38cm squire. It put up a great fight and had me hoping all my knots would hold.

After this fish was landed we went back to shore to grab something to eat and stretch our legs. I had a quick flick landbased and managed 2 small Bream 8)

We went back to the reefs, but there was a heap of brown muck everywhere on the water and we weren't getting any hits so we decided to call it quits.
