you'd be able to do the same thing with a soldering iron wouldn't you? you'd have to wonder about the fumes to.

Was about the say the same thing - although my soldering iron doesn't get real hot, decent ones do, and you can replace the standard tip for a flat one like they use there. For the money they are asking for the kit, it could only be a soldering iron with a flat tip they are selling......
