I'm logged-in, but can't contribute to the Location Poll. Tried on two different PCs -- same result. One has Zone Alarm installed, the other straight XP (SP2). What am I doing wrong?

Note that I've previously contributed to a Poll on my normal PC without difficulty (once I realised that I wasn't logged in).

It's possible that I did respond once before, if it was several months ago. How could I find out?
Have sent PM with screen shot to Red. No "Vote" button appears, or at least I can't see it.
