Yep, my Prowler has the seal your talking about rather than the neoprene jobbie. I went out yesterday arvo and got quite a few waves crashing over the bow. And I noticed after a bit of paddling I hadn't even centrered it when I put in on. So I went forward and straightened it. When I got back my jumper inside was perfectly dry. So it looks to do the job.
I don't know how the size compares to the older models but I've had my new p13 out a couple of times and the inside is perfectly dry, even after the post trip spray down with the hose.
