Work on my PC but it just let you look for reefs and stuff. No lat and longs. Try going back to the home page and get back to it from there. It's just a tease really

I'm still loving the enhanced layers @ the closer zooms. Really lets you see the shape of drop offs in great detail.
Plus I spotted a wreck off conron that needs checking out

I take it this only works on mobile devices?

Seems to work on my android tablet, but I just get a blank screen on my desktop PC...

Its looks to be a Java App. Enable Java and it should work. In my case, I simply switch from Chrome to Internet Explorer if I need Java running.

Its not a java app.

You may be right. I am no programmer and may be misinterpreting existence of js scripts the page source webapp.
