Just wondering 1.what sort of rig and 2.how you prefer to rig live baits for flathead.

I just use to use a small running sinker onto a swivel with about a 60cm leader. some may find this odd but i also used to use two smaller hooks ganged to prevent any bustoffs should you hook a jack or cod etc.

slow troll around likely areas with mullet, whiting, herring or biddies.
(i usually hook through the mouth so they swim straight and usually stay alive longer than when they are hooked through the back
