I caught a nice Bass at Lentals Bam and having never caught one or eaten one i was guessing with this.
One whole Bass
2 Garlic cloves
Chilli sauce (add to personal taste's)
Place in foil upright. After cleaning it should stand on it's belly flaps.
Score the skin along the back running with the pec fin.
Place in BBQ with lid for approx 30 mins (depeding on size).
