Just to report on a recipe that I tried - what a ripper! It is the "Teriyaki Trevally Fillets with Sesame & Zucchini" (I substituted the Trevally for a Wrasse and a Surgeonfish - by the way the surgeonfish is probably the best tasting fish I have ever caught!).

I will do the recipe again with the next fish I cook up and I will take some photos for the forum. Definitely recommended!

I note that there is no recipe for Australian Salmon :cry:

That strikes me as odd. I know that they aren't "supposed" to be good eating but I have found them to be beautiful in a whole number of ways.
