Hi all,

Been Fishing off and old surf Kayak for years - About 16 feet long 40cm wide and tippy as hell if not going forwards.
Thought it was about time I got serious: Went and purchased a Hobie Outback.
I will write a report in the review section some other time. But as a starter lets just say I'm stoked.

As you can tell from the name I suffer from the same disease that many of us have. Too many lures (is that possible?) and not enough time spent using them. maily HB's but have been experimenting with the Sp's: But all time favorite are topwater poppers.

Based in S.E.Qld I fish the Maroochy river (Bream are going off at the moment) (I may also write a report on that),and love to chase Bass, if those pesky Eastern Cod don't interfere, on the Clarence. Lukily for me I get to travel to NT and Cairns for Work so If I save enough $$$ I love chasing the Barra, Jacks, Jungle Perch, etc that Northern Aust has on offer. Won't get me in A kayak there though.

Love hearing the stories of fellow Kayak fishers.
