Just a quick hello from new member "feel the sting". I live and fish in wollongong. Most of my fishing is out of a boat and favourite fish is snapper. Been catchin a few on SP's lately with some interesting techniques. Occasionally get out on the kayak ( viking tempo fisherman), mainly use for fitness because i'm an old fart. But i troll a few lures and pick up the usual suspects. Glad to be a member and i enjoy reading the forums.

With the "snapper" Redpheonix i target depths of 15-20 metres early and then work my way further out to about 35 metres as the sun gets up. i don't fish too mush deeper for reds as i like to use sp's and cube with floaters.
got a trip up to port stephens this weekend reddie fishing. i'll let you know how i go.
