A Sydney fisher fella told me today that the Gold Coast crew have been getting onto some decent spotties and barries in the last 2 weeks.

Is this true and where are they now? North or South?

All I've heard about locally is the odd doggie close in off Bruns Heads and a 3 metre Great White that was checking out the surfers off Tallow Beach yesterday.

My mate and I picked up a dozen doggies from his boat inside the bay near the top of Nth Straddie a few weeks back. As yet havent heard any Spotty reports.
