Fishing World Magazine - Customer Service

Hi guys/girls, I picked up the August edition of the Fishing World mag today at the local newsagent. On the cover was a Free Squidgy offer and I picked up the mag and took it back to the office. There I discovered that the bag had been opened and the Squidgy removed. So I thought I would contact Fishing World to see if they'd be kind enough to replace it.
I sent the email around 7.55pm and had a response from Jim @ Fishing World at 8.01 to say they would arrange to put one in the post asap.
They didn't have to do it but they did and they responded within minutes.
Great service.
Good website too.
