Hi all went to the brisy river this morning 25 min drive. Took the yak off the f100 put it in the water loaded all the gear in ready to go. but i forgot my paddle. Packed up went home was so p off i went to work. owell sh-t happens. :oops: milan

The fishing would have been crap this morning anyway, would have been, would have been, would have b...... crap... Will be much better next time :lol:

I tie my paddle to my roof bars now so if my paddle is not up there it looks strange and then I remember, "Aha, my paddle!" It is a major bummer to be unloading and find a crucial bit of equipment is missing.

I have a two piece paddle for the outfitter(tandem x 2 sets) OK paddles check!! Heading out OK paddles two halves both male!!!! Had to pedal all day! Just have those days

Get two, 2-piece paddles and always keep them INSIDE your yak.
I have my stock paddle and my superspecial upgrade paddle in case there is an issue with a broken shaft or blade.

Could have been worse Milan, ya could have been 3km offshore in tricky conditions before ya realised you'd left it behind :wink: :roll:
