Hey Gatesy,
I know how he feels. As soon as I pedalled one I knew I had to start saving for one. I have a Tarpon 120 the same as Davey G. I am still trying to decide on the Adventure or the Revo.
Hopefully after Christmas I'll have one of them.

Good one Gatesy. You've revealed my secret.... NOT.

However thanks for the test ride in your Hobie. It was great. I've always wanted to see what it feels like to be riding across the waves 'look mum no hands' style. I can now officially reveal that yes it does feel as wierd as it looks and I did feel a little dirty afterwards.

However - the build quality and hatch systems on the Hobies look fantastic. The Adventure seems to really track through the water well, and it performed especially well once I got rid of those DARN FLIPPER FLAPPER things and grabbed your paddle and turned it into a REAL kayak!

Attention Mr Hobie... Bring out a serious offshore paddle version and you may just get my business!

As Kraley said, the photos of me giving the boys on the beach the raised middle finger seem to have not made it to this post!!
