Batemans Bay marine Park

I have got details of the new marine park around Batemans Bay but cannot attach the pdf files - any tips on how to do it?
Looks like yak fishers who want to get up the back of lake or river systems are going to miss out

all the more reason to come along to the Barlings Beach NSW trip in late Feb. This may be the last chance to fish these waters.

bloody marine parks are ruining things for recreational fishos...
