Great to hear you have become regular, ol' buddy. It is a wonderful feeling. I find a bit of bran in the morning keeps me regular. Like, getting up early in the morning before sparrow squawk can really put a strain on the entire system so once ya regular, no problems. All this needs to be done before you are 5 km away from land or even .5 km away from land but that land happens to be the busiest beach on the Gold Coast and thousands of eyes are watching your every move. Or, possibly watching your every movement.

Well, enough said, but it is great to have ya on the forum and I am sure you will fit right in with the rest of us regular folk.
