I was wondering if the forum was interested in running a pin's system for largest catch of each species for the calander year of 2007.
For those who don't know what a pin is, its basically like a lapel pin you might get for your local club, excpet its by fish species. Its a running type of thing and the holder of the pin could put as an electronic pin on the signature section of your posts.
Bascially you claim a pin similar that of the monthly fishing comp, as someone else catches a bigger fish of the same species they take the pin.
Provides some firendly competition about catching a bigger fish than another forum member plus keeps a track of what the largest catch by species the forum has.
I've seen it work on other fishing forums and provides an ongoing challenge to catch a bigger fish.
Any thoughts??
