Sounds good guys & well done Dave... Ill try and not sound too selFISH,
In the A.C.T we only really have a few species available to pull on a yak, these include Carp, Redfin, Murray Cod & Yellowbelly.
Due to the abundance of Redfin most of my entries would include these and this only, as points would be indicated on a 2 fish per entry would it be safe to say a ledger of general fish species size be made to ensure equal scoring against other fish from saltwater and freshwater alike?
We dont have a legal size limit on Redfin so apart from averages mentioned on the internet will we have a fighting chance against more sought fish like Bream, Bass, Kingfish & Snapper? ( Will a 80cm Carp beat a 70cm Kingfish? NEVER! lol )
All things mentioned here have been mentioned above and in the previous post, dont get me wrong im quite happy to try and catch above average Redfin on a monthly basis to enter into the comp but it may really only be of an advantage to me in our 'State to state' rivalry.
Hope this helps, what do you think?
