hatch looking healthy
Nice calm day today so I tried the south coast.Bit of a paddle offshore but I was encouraged by the number of birds diving and some fish splashing on the surface .Trolled around wildly for about an hour and despite seeing a couple of smallish tuna jump ,I only ended up with a few largish baracouta.Had a look on my good spot and got 4 quick snapper and some other stuff .Also lost a few hooks on the way down to the couta. All up a very stimulating session.

No better sight than seeing the birds active when on the water, and a nice feed landed mate.

Were you actually able to close the hatch on all that? :D

By the way, is that a sail or a V sheet stashed on the front there? Ever been out far enough to be obliged to have it with you?

That is a sea anchor .Very usefull for drift fishing as the stealth tends to drift pretty fast in any wind.Used the couta for bait.Shiny and fresh.

I don't think you can beat a stealth in an offshore application. Ready for surf, excellent speed to get to spot x and a really good fish hatch. Thanks for sharing.
