A day of firsts

Postby BombBassStick » Wed May 09, 2012 8:11 am

Hi all took the new kayak (fish bandit)out over the week end and christened it with a 68cm toga and to make it even more memorable I caught it on a brand new 8wt rod I had made for me by Tony Hicks in Sydney and a fly I had tied the night before (my take on a bass vampire)
Does life get any better

68cm Saratoga( 45cm bass-as from today 21/10/12 46cm).
aim in life is to fly fish more, kayak fish more and generally behave like a ageing old fart shouldent

Nothing wrong with a grinner blooding. As long as it's bigger than the lure.
