Adventure Island Bullhorns

This is an adaptation of King Dan's bullhorns.

Living in Broome I couldn't obtain the bits to engineer his bullhorns but I have managed to come up with a good solution by drilling the crossbrace to accomodate 1/4 inch screws. The pipework is 32mm PVC.

The screws are inserted into nylock nuts which were fixed in place with araldite.

Thats pretty clever. How strong are they? If a big spaniard hits the trolled lure will they bend or break?

I doubt they would even move and I have not even glued the extensions.

Caught a couple of 7kg broadbars this week. I have complete confidence in them ;-)

When I am satisfied that I have things just right, I will probably lock them with some PVC glue.
