Saw the full results, that must have been brutal fishing.
Congrats to the winners and anyone that put anything in the well.

I'm sorry I missed that one, I could have tied for 5th place, would have been my best finish ever!

Congratulations winners. You know when you're a good fisherman and you can catch fish amongst so many other good fisho's getting nothing, in such a place and in such conditions. Well done.

I was considering submitting a Tale Of Woe entry with the gear issues I had .... but then saw some pictures of a poor guy going over in a Kayak in rough sandy surf (Sydney Turtle thread) and thought better of it. :? There's always someone worse off.

Cheers

Gee

Congrats to all and especially to the place getters. That was some seriously tough fishing...I reckon that Jason and Stewie can catch bream in a bathtub...but what a fun day!

cheers

Hard a terrible prefish with plenty of small flatties and some decent whiting being caught.
It was a really hard day at the office come comp day. The water temp was a few degrees colder then the day before and once the wind stoped in the morning it was really quiet.
Lots of miss fish at the kayak and a story of a fish that towed my kayak for a meter before PING.
i was lucky enough to catch one bream that enhaled my blade at 600g and he missed out on kayak big fish by only 25g bummer oh well next time i guess.
I'm Happy with thrid place and i think i'm flinally working out where the bream are in tuross for next time.
thanks too the SSBS for another great comp even though it was pretty cold and my toes were about to fall off.

well done stewie and Jase for managing to get a bag

Interesting results. Been a crap year for me just been unable to get away and sadly have missed out on much of this years comp. Supprisingly I'm still in for the GF. Not going to be able to make the Vic round but hope I can scrape through to the GF.

All the best to everyone fro the next round.
