That's exactly the same yak as I have. I bought it as my first yak to 'test the water' and see if I really wanted to get serious about the sport. As it turns out I am well and truly hooked!
I have taken this little gem to the limits. I have rigged her up with a sail and outriggers and skegs. It goes great and is super stable. I fish side-on over the side and no fear of tipping even without outriggers. The only downside is that at only 2.8 metres, she's a bit small for carrying much gear, and with such a small hull it's often a 'wet bum' ride as the self-bailing scuppers top out with only about 85kg of weight aboard, but you can keep the plugs in to avoid that.
Overall, as a cheap, well fitted out little boat it's great.

I am soon to start building a new yak, but I will keep it for when my nephew comes out with me.
Water lapping against the hull, warm gentle breeze, fish straining on the line... how much sick leave do I have?
