Vic: Snake Island Man Retreat.. NOW 6-7 November

Postby TheFishinMusician » Tue Oct 26, 2010 7:16 pm

Well folks, it looks like the Moe consulate has approved Mingles temporary residency status & assuming nothing goes wrong with his vaccinations, it's time for another "Snake Island Man Retreat"

The plan is to launch from the long jetty @ port welshpool on Monday morning, meander down corner inlet towards the prom, then hang a left & land on the aptly named Snake Island, set up shop harass the local banjo population & generally stare longingly into bass straight, then back at my AI, then back into Bass Straight.
Tuesday, rinse & repeat, just backwards

If the weather goes titsup, we can lob at the 5 star accomodation of the cattle hut, but the plan is to camp around the corner a little further down.

All welcome (it improves the odds with the Whites!)

More shark sightings so far than ever. They've eaten all the seals too.

When my Moe visa is extended beyond 1 day a month, I will attend one of these. Have a good trip.

If common sense was common, there would be more of it!

So will I need a Sharkshield or can I simply tie eric (on his surf-ski) onto the back of the Revo and shout "Come and geddit!"...

With regards to the Moe temporary residence/visa; I almost missed out - I'm ugly enough, but don't posses a pair of moccasins.

Luckily they were willing to accept a pair of fluffy pink slippers instead...

Your pink slippers have just missed 'Mauve on Everybody' day here in sunny Motown. It's the warm up to the 'Running of the Bogans' three hour sale and the letterbox smashing festival that is the climax of the Moe Cup.

I wish I was making any of this up.

We're working on that but you're not helping by filling in the section where it says "occupation" every time! The trick is to leave that part blank..... it arouses less suspicion!

Apparrently they like a bit of a chase..... better to skip him out the back of the AI.....unless you've got turbos?

No need to walk on the water mike, apparently the Bronzies are so thick you can just walk on them instead!

Yeah, I know, but I did spell "IT" wrong, I did list my usual residence as halfway between Moe by the Sea (Frankston) and the other Moe by the Sea (Hastings) as well as listing you and eric as bloody referees.

I have a new shirt for my next interview.

Hmm, that's a Yallourn North Rockchucker tartan that it. Stay away from the Bronx and Newborough with that on.

TFM, you're in the Bronx in case you were curious. Wrong side of Staff St.
