Tackle/Line/Lure Used: Shimano Charter special 2000, 15kg shimano cheapie rod, 50lb braid, live fusilier.
Conditions (optional): 15knot Sou' Wester
Other Comments (optional): Legitimate entry or TOW let the judges decide. I tried to measure it but it tried to bite me so i decided not to.

Tackle/Line/Lure Used: Shimano Aernos 2000 , 4lb braid with 6lb leader , starlo stix 2-4 kg rod , 50mm halco 3ft diving lure in silver pattern
Conditions (optional): se winds at 10knots , 2 hrs after high , 915am
Other Comments (optional): not a yaknoob beater , but maybe its offspring , a few around over the last 2 months...couldn't handle the fish , ruler and mobile phone at same time for the pic , but with no legal size limit and if you take my word on length it should be ok...

Conditions (optional): No wind, but a wee bit bumpy where we were due to swell and other wave-makers

One thing that was cool this morning was that as I was trying to boat it, three guys in a sportsfishing boat came by applauding and calling us legends. How often does THAT happen? :)

You cant change the rules after the comp has already started, thats just crap.

Dave I reckon the rule change sucks to. Mate when your as good as us everyone is out to get ya :twisted: . As a form of protest I will only submit one species the whole year. They can stick the new rule where the sun dont shine. I'm not going to target other fish just for the sake of the comp.

Other Comments (optional): You know you have a 4.5kg Snapper on when your using 6lb line. Also difficult getting them on board when your net and gaff are still in the car. Takes a bit to grab them by the gills.
