If you have sent an entry form in for the SCOTTY YAK CLASSIC, keep an eye out on the official entry list to see if you have secured a position.

Gday Leigh.

Thought I'd make a comment on the payment methods on offer.

Old hat,out of date,inconveniant.

Who uses cheques these days or money orders.

What do others think?

That's a bit rough, the ABA is a group of Volunteers with the goal of restocking waterways with Bass. They are not a business...

What do I think? I went to the Post Office and purchased a Money Order and posted it away, pretty simple and I work 7 - 4.

You might argue that why can't we pay on the day? Again a little difficult as they are providing food for each competitor and giving you a T Shirt.

Matter of Fact, KFT do it the same way, Cheques or Money Order.. Never heard of any one complaining about their system..

Cheers
Sel

Cost me a few bucks or the money order, but as Sel said, not begrudging the stocking group having to take payment that way. I'm treasurer of a reasonable sized fishing club and we would have to do it that way as well if we were taking mail entries to our comps.

Sorry Gents.

Didn't mean to offend.

I'm not that close to a post office.

Bad choice of words in my post.

my apologies.

With just on 1/3rd of the field full, there are still plenty of positions available. So if you are keen to enter, simply download the form and send the completed section back along with your payment.

We still have a few suprises up our sleeves too.

With only 3 weeks left to get the entry forms in, time is starting to run out. We have half the field complete, so there are plenty of positions still available if you want to have a great weekend, and maybe win a few prizes as a bonus.
