All that old hat crap you do with chorizo, you can do with sucuk (sounds like sujouk). It's like chorizo, but for men.

Solatree, the local butcher has his own smoker setup in the shop and makes a wicked Bum burner, if you're ever on the sunshine coast it's worth a visit, he is always winning prizes for his sausages, and not to mention his smoked bacon, yummmmm.
