Hard bodies: AC invaders, Oar-gee Plows, Custom Crafted Hammerheads and extractors, stumpjumpers, jackalls and anything else large with a slow action. I'm sure the tackle shops down there will put you onto something good
Soft Plastics: Never used them personally, but the squidgee slick rigs look great, especially in the redfin colour ;-) .
Spinnerbaits: Anything big and flashy. Not sure on the colour or blade colour for the murray, but here in the bidgee i prefer gold and nikel. Use the colorado blades (spoony looking blades) in water around about 3m deep. Any deeper or for fast water i use the willow leaf blades as they sink faster. My favourites are Mudguts and also the Compleat Anglers home brand "angler tech" spinnerbaits.

Best of luck

If you have some of the 80mm rmg/halco poltergeists they are good for yellas and cod as well.

Nothing further to add - these guys have hit the nail on the head.

My favourites are the Oargee Plow in about 80mm, one that might not have got a mention was a McGraths Widebody - carp pattern.
