The plastic slide things that come from tackle trays, the clear ones ke fantastic ones and they are just what you need.

I used to use cd's for bibs but it just wasnt strong enough, Even the tackle boxes are only plastic and will crack and brake. If you can just head to a close fibreglass store and ask for some off cuts of lexcen most of the time they will give you some for free. This stuff bends before it breaks and is crystal clear. If your going to use cds and other forms of plastic just make sure the tie is coming from the lure
