Just managed to pick up a couple of light weight dry bags at Mountain Designs in their sale. A 90 litre for my tent/mat, and a 60 litre one for my sleeping bag/pillow. I reckon I'm all set now. Bring on the Shoalhaven when the weather gets warmer.

What, you pack a royal marquee and a bedroom suite when you go camping Occulator? I have a 60 ltr and I fit almost everything in just that!
Water lapping against the hull, warm gentle breeze, fish straining on the line... how much sick leave do I have?

Thanks for the list Mingle.

I looked up the GSI micro-table on YouTube and found this...

I was impressed, so I just bought one. Great little item, will make cooking inside the tent a much safer and more comfortable proposition.

I think my yak camping kit is just about complete now. :)

They're a great little thing - tested mine 'in the field' for the first time yesterday and it was perfect for standing the stove
on and arranging the food and cuppas.

Here's my overnighter setup. The Stealth Splash only has a couple of hatches with very limited internal storage area. Just about everything gets loaded on the back in a big bag.

The green/black bag contains all the fishing gear like lures and line, tools, sharkshield, snacks, bottle of water and GPS. That sits directly behind my seat.
RIght behind that is the big white bag there.

Inside the white bag are these three. The dark green bag contains my tent, sleeping bag and liner, and sleeping mat. The blue bag is all of my dry clothes to get into when I get off the water. The yellow bag is my trangia, eatin' irons and food. Loose in the weight bag are the tent poles and a tripod seat.

There's also beer (cans only for weight) and 5l of water in a bag in the front hatch.

I run a pretty compact operation, but I'm looking to get a Exped Synmat to cut more weight and volume, get more merino layers of clothing, and perhaps modify the front hatch to put more gear in there.

I suspect you're thinking of the Moe Lumberjack Blokes.

It's my way of saying thank you for the carbon tax. Besides, I'm not even trying to compete with mike anymore, I'm just trying to at least keep it sporting!
Cheers, Mark.

It's living the Stealth phase ..... with beer.

If common sense was common, there would be more of it!

Yeah, really need to insulate that forward hatch. It's ok now paddling in fridge tempertures, but summer's here soon enough.
