Going... Going... Gone!

Our Coosas all have new homes now, but don't worry more stock is on the way including a demo boat in a few weeks, all akff member will get the old rrp $1395 instead of the new one at $1495 for any orders on the next shipment for later this month.

For those keen to see one in the flesh we will have boats on display this weekend and potentially next week whilst customers come in and pick them up.

Happy Paddling

Mine is :D

Thanks for the update Ben. I'm a happy chappy.

It's typical though isn't it. I have been only working 15hrs a week for the last 5 weeks and I start back full time on Monday when the yak is arriving...8am-5pm. Whats your home address Craig???

The Cuda is here - long live the king.

We now have the only Cuda in the southern hemisphere at Horizon Line Canoes in Penrith - It is a demo boat, so you can come and try it out - First stock will be available early January but is expected to sell out before they arrive.

Our next shipment of coosa docks tomorrow so after it clears customs my new boat will arrive - It will act as a demo boat which AKFF member are welcome to take out for a day to get a feel for.

I will be decking it out with tallon systems and there are a few other plans to come as well.

Cudas are on track for late december.

We have just got our first shipment of the tallon fittings which drew mentions the coosa is designed to work with.

Im going to fit out my coosa with some of the receivers and have a play over christmas to see if they are as good as they look. Ill put a review up with feed back from myself and my father after a few days in the sun at yamba.

I'll start with the lowrance set up, and a ram mount and a few other accessories then go from there.

Cheers

Will actually be good to see a coosa all done up.

Have not seen any with any bling.

Heres a quick pick of one I did up for a customer in january.

Ive not had a chance to touch mine :(

Obviously the phone isn't water proof so would need to be in a paqua case or similar.

The mount on the left is for a lowrance elite or marks unit to plug into.

Hey Coosa owners,

Does anyone know if the Railblaza starports will fit the little round indentations as in the above pics? Looks to be perfect for them going by the photos, but I am curious to know if the diameter is the same.

Hi Beetle

If you want to recess the Railblaza it is a perfect fit with the small indent. If your wanting to mount it raised with the full mounting hardwear it fits in any of the 6 larger oval indents

Here is a Coosa set up with The lowrance / tallon mounting system.

The unit installed is an Elite 4X DSI with the down scan imaging.

With all elite and marks units the cabling would be internal - but the DSI unit uses different connections which means we went for the scupper mount option rather than shoot through hull mounting which would have been even better. Tallon will have a new cabling option for the DSI Version soon.

We do Free install for all of our Jackson customers who get our Tallon or Lowrance gear with it.

The loose cable running off the side is the power supply which isnt yet connected on this install.

The placement works very well - its far enough forward to be out of the way, whilst still easy to reach by sliding forward to the edge of your seat - which in itself is easy due to the style of the coosa.
