Press Release- AKS - New Stealth Distributor

Postby DennisT » Mon Jun 18, 2012 4:25 pm

Hi all,

For those who are interested and have not yet heard

Australian Kayak Specialists (AKS) are proud to announce their appointment as the exclusive master distributors for Stealth Performance Products in Australia and the Pacific Islands.

Leveraging off their holding company, Augusta Golf Cars – who are the exclusive master distributors for E-Z-GO golf cars, Cushman utility vehicles and Bad Boy Buggies in Australia and the Pacific Region – AKS have the infrastructure required to satisfy Australia’s growing kayaking community.

Thomas Tocknell, AKS Managing Director, said that Australian Kayak Specialists have the resources to successfully grow the Stealth brand in Australia.

Mr Tocknell said “Exciting times lay ahead for both new and existing customers; it is our intention to take Stealth to all corners of Australia and to provide good old fashioned service backed by modern day technology."

"This will be achieved by having a large variety of spares and accessories available on our secure on-line shopping cart, and in our showroom in Yatala, conveniently situated midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast."

"In addition to this a repair service will be offered to deal with those unfortunate mishaps.”

The Yatala showroom opens to the public on 21 July 2012 in conjunction with the on-line cart. One of the highlights of the opening will be the launch of the new ProFisha 575, not to mention the 75 Kayaks, a range of paddles, spares and accessories that will be available.

AKS are also agents for Shark Shield and Gladiator Exclusive Lures and are in final negotiations to be appointed as agents for other kayak relevant products, watch this space.

Situated midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, AKS is set to be the perfect one stop shop for kayaking products.

We are not open for business just yet. Our container is still inbound from South Africa... However feel free to drop me a mail and let me know what you need and I can get back to you.

Our intention is to distribute Stealth to all corners of Australia, this will be achieved by a number of initiatives, Retail outlets certainly feature in the distribution model. We are currently identifying suitable outlets and hope to have the product available country wide in the future.
