Anyone have a high enough breaking strain?

I think consensus was pretty damned close, we did come a long way in a short time. Set the rules even if they aren't perfect and not everyone is happy, we'll revise next year as required. Anyways, it gives room for calling the others for the dirty cheats that they are.
