15 mins work on your hourly rate will get you foxtel :D :D :D

The internet is the best free to air channel for sport.

I know, but I won't do it as a matter of principle. I realise that voids my right to complain. I'm not winging that I don't have it, I was making the more genewral point that there is much more AFL on free to air than NRL. I just don't see how this is serving the best interests of NRL. No biggie. I prefer AFL anyway. With the exposure it now gets, I'm sure many more in NSW and Qld will join me....

....especially if the Rooters continue to lose after being 8 up with 3 to go  . Go the Swans!

Keep trying Craig. Think momentum and it makes sense. It also makes much more sense if you go to a game. It's the only game I know that you see more live than on TV. It took me a long time too. Pick a random team to support, get over the 'chicken scratch' first impression, see the need to think and react instantly, and think momentum.

To me the great thing about AFL is a team is never dead. You can score 60 points in 10 minutes, easy, if you can harness the momentum.

I'm only just starting to get back into the NRL after the superleague fiasco. I still find it a tad clinical, but I enjoy most games I watch.

I didn't like it until I went to a game.

It's a whole different spectacle.

I'm a Roosters fan, but even I don't get it. Why is Mitchell Pearce being touted as the NSW halfback? I mean, the Roosters have to have the most boring, predictable attack in the NRL, even more boring than the Dragons (and that's saying something). Seriously, if their isn't a better halfback in the NRL that isn't a foreigner (like a Queenslander) then we may as not turn up.

If Todd Carney can stay off the drink, he's a shoe in for 6.

Do those picked in the SOO play for their clubs next weekend?

My question has been somewhat answered in a roundabout way. I'm guessing the origin stars are out (or Thurston has been dropped by the Cowboys). Also the bye players are out (no reference to their sexuality). The Dream Team is still active, but no head to head competition. So all that stressing I did today because Patwah was going to beat me was in vane. Time to reverse trades.
